The Bayard’s
In 2022, Brannon Bayard suffered a catastrophic brain injury from a motorcycle accident, leading to multiple strokes and long-term disability. Despite a grim prognosis, Brannon has made significant progress.
Amidst his recovery, his wife Sonya – their family’s primary caregiver – is battling breast cancer, undergoing several surgeries while juggling a full-time job. The Bayard family, including their two children and a granddaughter, face mounting medical and care expenses.
Residing in New Iberia, LA and active in their church community, they now urgently seek support for medical bills and ongoing care. Your generosity can provide relief and hope to the Bayards during this challenging period.
Run with Roofus
Starting May13th, Pelican Roofing’s “Roofus” will run a 5k everyday for 30 days to spread awareness and raise funds to support the Bayard’s. If you see a Pelican running around South Louisiana, that’s Roofus doing what he can to spread awareness!
The Bayard family has enough to focus on without having to wonder where they will receive the funds to help get their lives settled after Brannon’s accident and Sonya’s breast cancer diagnosis. Will you donate to support a local family that’s fallen on hard times?
